Fit4Woman is a class specifically for woman.  That’s right, woman only!  This class aims to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as increase your overall strength.  Common side effects include but are not limited to: improved self esteem and new found friendships!  Fit4Woman is the perfect platform for woman who are both starting out on their fitness journey or are seasoned veterans in the world of HITT classes (high intensity interval training).   Throughout the program, participants will work with various cardiovascular machines such as rowers, bikes and ski ergs.  There will be dumbbell and kettlebell work, skipping and lots of body weight movements.  Like all classes offered at CrossFit Rush, movements are scaled to the participant based on their individual capacity.
