Curious about CrossFit?  Let’s start by defining what it is.  CrossFit workouts are constantly varied, high intensity and use functional movements.  Our methodology is purely empirical; meaning that our workouts are measurable, observable and repeatable.

Now here is the simplified version:  Our workouts are always different (you’ll never be bored).  You are guaranteed to sweat while improving your overall strength and conditioning.  How do we know for sure?  We track our workouts, collect data from our performances and repeat to measure improvements.
